Can I look up a previous order?Updated a month ago

Yes, you can look up any of your previous orders by logging in to your account and then selecting Order History.  Any orders that you've placed since August 2013 will be shown.  

If you have trouble logging in to your account, click the Forgot your password link next to the Sign In button.  Just enter your email address on the next page and then our site will send you a link to reset your password.  If you have not logged in to your account since May 2023, you'll need to set a new password - that's when we switched from our old ecommerce site to our current one.  

If your order was placed under a different name or email address, you'll need to email us with that information and we can look the order up for you.  If your order was placed prior to August 2013, we can look those up manually as well.
