As of May 2023, we've moved away from phone support and are focusing all efforts on electronic communications.  This way all customers get faster responses, we're able to verify that all messages are being answered across all devices and methods of contact, and to be honest, it's much easier to understand everyone this way.  Cell phones lose signal all the time, some folks have thick accents, a few of us at the shop don't hear as well as we used to, so a lot of these calls take much longer than they should.  For tech support, we're almost always going to ask for a picture of what you have going on anyway, so we've made the decision to eliminate phone support to better serve all of our customers.
