We also have a Live Chat/Self Service widget available on the site that will allow you to quickly message us 24/7.  When we're online, you can chat with us instantly - if we're unavailable, you'll be able to leave us a message and we'll reply via email as soon as possible.  The chat widget even has the ability to check your order status instantly!  Just make sure you are logged in to your account on the site, click the order status button, and the latest info will be displayed automatically. 

As of May 2023, we've moved away from phone support and are focusing all efforts on electronic communications.  This way all customers get faster responses, we're able to verify that all messages are being answered across all devices and methods of contact, and to be honest, it's much easier to understand everyone this way.  Cell phones lose signal all the time, some folks have thick accents, a few of us at the shop don't hear as well as we used to, so a lot of these calls take much longer than they should.  For tech support, we're almost always going to ask for a picture of what you have going on anyway, so we've made the decision to eliminate phone support to better serve all of our customers.  We may add SMS text messaging at a later date, but right now, just send an email, contact us through the contact form, or reach out through the chat widget.
