Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, on items that were listed as "in stock" at the time of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.
For returns or exchanges on "in stock" items, please contact our customer support through the site. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item, as long as the item is in new, unused condition and can still be resold. There is a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund, and shipping in non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items listed as "built to order" after a purchase has been made. This policy is due to the nature of these products, which are custom made for you once your order has been placed. We may be able to work with you on exchanges for these items in whole or part.
