If you need to request a refund for an order you have placed, please reach out to us directly via email. We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, as products that are in stock at the time they are ordered have different policies than products that are built to order.  We do not refund built to order products, per the terms and conditions shown on the checkout page that every customer has to read and accept prior to placing the order.
