How do I cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago

You will have the option to cancel your order as long as you contact us before the order ships (in stock items only), or before your order goes into production (on items listed as built to order). You can contact our customer service team through the site or email/chat to request cancellation.  Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.  We will let you know if cancellation is possible. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.  At that point the order will fall under our return policy guidelines.
