SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://dodgeoffroad.com/terms-and-conditions/ 

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all products once the order is ready.  We will notify you when the order is ready and schedule a time for you or your representative to pick it up.  Pickups are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Shipping Options

We offer shipping through the following carriers:  UPS, USPS

Services offered through UPS and USPS will be shown during checkout once you enter your shipping address. We do ship internationally and both options will be listed for any valid shipping addresses.  You can select the option that works best for you. 

Expedited shipments:  If you select an expedited shipping method for a product that is not in stock, your order will not be built any faster than normal. However, once shipped, we will ship it using the expedited service you selected. 

Once your order is packaged and ready to be shipped, we will send you an email through our automated system that will include the tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can use the information in this email to track your order before, during, and after the delivery.  Any issues with delivery must be reported to us within 10 business days in order for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier. 


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping via UPS or USPS.  Free shipping offers are not valid on international orders. 

Information on customs processes:

  • We provide information about your order to your country's customs/import agency.  Any fees/tariffs levied by your country are your responsibility and will likely need to be paid prior to delivery. 

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you reside and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. 


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Items listed in stock at the time the order is placed will typically ship within 1-2 business days.  Items that are built to order have build times that vary.  We do not guarantee the completion date.  Customers buy from us because they want the best - we prioritize quality over speed.  Your order will ship as soon as it's ready, and we will not cut any corners just to ship it faster regardless of how many times you contact us about it.  The more time we spend telling you the same thing over and over, the longer it takes for your order to get finished.  The build time can range considerably, and it depends on what you ordered.  Factors like materials backorders, supplier issues, equipment issues, being short-staffed, and how many orders are ahead of yours in line, will all affect how long it takes to ship your order.  If you have a time-critical situation, we always advise you to contact us prior to ordering.
