What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated a month ago

Lost packages

At Dodge Off Road, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team through the contact info on our website, or reply to your shipping confirmation email.  We do not monitor outgoing shipments, so if a package is lost, we'll only know about it if you tell us.  Once we have the information about the package, we will do everything we can to reship the package as quickly as possible. 

Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team within 10 days of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package. After 10 days, we may not be able to report the damage to the shipping carrier, so it's important that you let us know as soon as possible.  Save all packaging materials in case the carrier wants to investigate the claim. 

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.
